"Umegaka", the fragarance of the plum- blossom is a kneaded incense mixture of sandalwood.
It is called Umegaka as the sourness of sandalwood creates a fragrance similar to the plum- blossom, a traditional scent used in Japanese incense.
It is also used when charcoal is put in the stove for the Japanese tea ceremony.
